To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button on our homepage and follow the instructions.
Browse our catalog, select a book, and click on the "Buy Now" button. Follow the checkout process to
complete your purchase.
Books are purchased and rented by Coins. To load your wallet with more coins, we accept Stripe.
Self-serve refunds are dynamic based on how much of a book you have read to ensure fairness for readers
and authors alike. If you feel a full refund is in order, simply contact customer service for
assistance!
After purchasing a book, you can access it from your library. Click on the book cover to start reading.
Yes, you can download books to your device and read them offline.
There is no limit to the number of books you can store in your library.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Restart your device and try again. If the
issue continues, contact customer support.
Click on the "Forgot Password" on login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
To add coins on your account, click on ‘Get More Coins’, you will be redirected to our web application
where after logging in you can select coins bucket. Pay for the coins from Stripe Payment and you will
get purchased coins in your Coins Wallet.
You can delete your account anytime by going to Settings section, selecting the reason of account
deletion. After submitting your request, your account will be deleted automatically and you will no
longer be able to login into the platform using same credentials.
After finishing a book, you can leave a review by going to the book’s page and clicking on the "Write a
Review" button.
